Profile

Prior to joining Warners in 2011, Rebecca trained and qualified in London, gaining experience in high profile and high net worth cases, as well as complex issues involving children.

Rebecca is a member of Resolution, an organisation of lawyers and family justice professionals who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family matters, and understands that the breakdown of any relationship can have devastating effects on the whole family. She builds a supportive relationship with her clients, seeking pragmatic and amicable solutions where possible.

Experience

Rebecca understands that individuals approach the breakdown of their relationship differently and require a tailored approach to meet their needs. She is familiar with balancing the needs of each party where it can often be difficult to rebuild two homes from limited funds. She also has experience of dealing with more complex cases involving business assets, pensions, inheritances and where experts are required.

In her children work, Rebecca is experienced in putting into place sensible and workable arrangements for children, often by agreement. Where this is not possible, Rebecca has been successful in obtaining favourable orders from the court for her clients, putting first the best interests of the children.
