Equine & equestrian

We have extensive experience of helping clients in the equine sector. We were involved in DEFRA’s last consultation over possible amendment to Section 2(2) of the Animals Act 1971. We are members of the British Equestrian Trade Association. We can help clients with a range of issues including pursuing professional negligence claims against their vets and breach of contract and/or misrepresentation claims relating to the sale and purchase of horses.
