Legal Secretary – Family
We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join a busy Family Team in a professional law firm situated in Sevenoaks.
Suitable candidates should preferably have completed their ILEX/CILEX secretarial course, although this is not essential. Ideally, candidates should have some experience of working within a law firm, experience working in a family law team would be advantageous.
A typing speed of 50WPM with an excellent working knowledge of MS Word and good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
Salary dependent upon experience.
Part time Receptionist/Secretary
We are looking to recruit a friendly part time receptionist/secretary to provide cover in both of our offices.
The successful candidate will require previous reception and secretarial experience to provide front of house support in our busy reception areas.

Applications are now open for training contracts to commence in Autumn 2019. Please complete our application form to be considered. Successful applicants will possess a 2:1 degree (not necessarily in Law) combined with personal qualities, such as initiative, commitment and the desire to make an active contribution to the firm.
Training is undertaken on a six month rotational basis. Early responsibility will be given where appropriate. Client contact is encouraged with the required support from other members of the team.
We are keen to retain trainees on qualification, however, this is dependent upon the requirements of both the individual and the firm.
The closing date for application for 2019 training contracts is 31 July 2018
