Warners Solicitors is pleased to announce that it has advised Drusillas Park on its acquisition of ‘Urban Jump’, a well-established trampoline park in Heathfield.
The transaction supports Drusillas Park’s growth strategy, following its recent acquisition of ‘Amazon Adventure’, a soft play centre in Tunbridge Wells. The acquisition of Urban Jump further strengthens the group’s position in the family leisure sector across the South East as one of the leading providers of family attractions in the South East.
The deal, structured as an asset purchase, also included the grant of a new lease of the operating premises, providing long-term operational stability for the business.
The Warners multi-disciplinary team advising on the transaction was led by Corporate Partner Andrew Hawkins, supported by Jessica Cox and Holly Morriss (Corporate), Louise Brenlund (Employment), and Tim McHugo (Commercial Property).
“This transaction reflects the continued confidence in the leisure and hospitality sector, particularly in businesses that deliver high-quality family experiences. We are delighted to have supported Drusillas on this acquisition as it builds on its strong heritage and expands its portfolio of attractions.
It was a pleasure working with Ollie and I wish him and his team all the best with the transition and this new chapter for Drusillas.”
“We were delighted to work with Warners Solicitors on this acquisition. Andrew and the team provided clear, sensible advice throughout the process and demonstrated a strong understanding of our commercial objectives. Their support helped ensure the transaction progressed smoothly, allowing us to remain focused on this next stage of our growth.”
