Andrew Hawkins, Head of the Corporate Team at Warners Solicitors, was awarded with a trophy from Mark Ruddy, President during the ABL (Alliance of Business Lawyers) Conference in recognition of Warners’ 25 years of membership and as a founding member of ABL
Andrew represented Warners Solicitors at the 46th ABL Conference, which took place in Malta from 22-25 of May 2024. The conference brought together over 60 lawyers from 25 countries to attend conference sessions arranged by the host member firm, David Zahra & Associates with a focus on topics such as the EU’s Anti-SLAPP Initiative, what it’s like to start-up a business in Malta and the EU’s new anti-money laundering package. The attendees were also privileged to listen to the inspiring keynote address of Roberta Metsola (President of the European Parliament) who attended the first morning conference session at the invitation of David Zahra.
