Warners Solicitors is delighted to welcome Yasmin to our growing Employment Law Team, based in the Tonbridge office.
Yasmin brings with her two decades of experience advising both employers and employees on the full spectrum of employment law matters. Yasmin covers both contentious and non-contentious work and she has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements, and workplace policies. She regularly supports clients through disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy procedures, and employment tribunal litigation, including claims involving discrimination, unfair dismissal, and wrongful dismissal.
Yasmin has a strong track record of acting for both corporate clients and senior individuals, and her pragmatic, commercially focused approach ensures she delivers practical, effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Yasmin has a particular interest in advising healthcare and care sector clients, and has supported numerous GP practices and care providers across Kent in navigating complex employment matters, including regulatory risk management. She also enjoys designing and delivering bespoke training for clients, with a focus on practical skills for managers handling sensitive issues such as disciplinaries and discrimination.
