We caught up with Jessica Cox, a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Warners, to hear about her journey from trainee to leading corporate transactions. The key is strong organisational skills, working efficiently and ultimately having the ability to recognise those tasks that are high priority.
The most rewarding moment is recognising how far I have come across the last four years with the exposure to a variety of workload due to the partner led training. The quality of training has allowed me to progress at a faster pace than may have been possible at a larger firm. This has contributed to my confidence to lead on corporate transactions and achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
