She is a very good communicator

Gail Hall is a well-regarded practitioner, who handles trust and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, wills and tax and succession planning. “Obviously she’s knowledgeable for a start, but she’s also a very good communicator,” reports an interviewee; “she tries to put things across in as simple a fashion as possible. If we’re in a meeting where technical issues come up, she is quite adept at explaining things in a way that everyone can understand.”
