Sola qualified as a Solicitor in 2021 after achieving a first-class Law degree at the University of Hertfordshire and completing the Legal Practice Course at BBP Law School. She joins us with experience in different aspects of property law including residential sales and purchases, new build purchase transactions and equity loans, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, new development matters, commercial acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold), drafting leases, lease renewals transactions, providing ancillary deeds (variation, surrender, rent deposit, license for alterations), refinancing and option agreements.

Before joining Warners, Sola worked at various firms in Kent specialising in property law.

Expertise

  • Dealing with all sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold, remortgages, advising and preparing transfers of equity and equity release.
  • Dealing with commercial property sales and acquisitions, re-financing/bridging loans, commercial leases and supplementary documents.
