Michael is a Partner in the Commercial Property team in Sevenoaks. He undertakes a broad range of property work acting for property developers, landowners, landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining Warners in 2014, Michael had previously advised on contentious property matters.

Experience

  • Development: Acting for property developers and providing advice relating to site acquisitions, financing and unit sales. In addition, advising both developers and landowners on option agreements.
  • Commercial Landlord and Tenant: Advising both landlords and tenants in relation to commercial leases involving retail, industrial and offices.
  • Acquisitions and disposals: Advising investors and landowners on proposed commercial purchases and sales, including properties subject to leases and sales at auction
  • General Property Advice: Advising landowners on covenants and easements affecting their properties.
