• Advising a large Kent-based residential development company in connection with onward sales of development homes in the Kent Surrey and Greater London areas.
• Assisting with various property development acquisition projects, from the point of client acquisition through to the onward sale of the developed plots.
• Assisting commercial and residential landlords with lease assignments and applications for licence for alterations.
• Land Registry applications involving transfers of equity.
• Land Registry first registration applications.

Melanie is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and is currently training to become a Legal Executive.
