Faye is a Senior Associate in the Employment Team. She advises on a wide range of employment related matters including day-to-day employment issues such as managing disciplinaries and grievances, dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing including providing representation in the employment tribunal for corporate clients and individuals.
Faye works with the corporate team, providing specialist employment support on corporate transactions to ensure that transactions progress efficiently.
Faye takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances and objectives, allowing her to provide advice that is tailored, straightforward and focused on achieving a practical resolution. She is known for her approachable manner, attention to detail and ability to explain employment law issues in clear, accessible terms.
Before joining Warners in August 2026, Faye worked at another Kent law firm.
