Profile

Donna is a Chartered Legal Executive with additional rights of practice to conduct litigation and is based in the Tonbridge office.

Donna’s career had spanned 26 years prior to her joining Warners in 2026. After qualifying in 2010, Donna initially worked for a London law firm for a period of 10 years, where she specialised in property litigation before working locally in Kent.

She has a broad range of extensive experience in secured and unsecured debt recovery covering many sectors including SMEs, Multinationals, government bodies & local authorities, educational establishments, recruitment agencies, utility suppliers, housing associations & letting agents, freeholders, banks and LPA receivers.

Donna is particularly mindful of client specific needs and is always interested to learn more about her client’s industries and their areas of expertise.

Experience

Donna’s recent work includes:

  • Successfully securing Judgment on behalf of a widow/her husband’s estate, in relation to a personal loan of £1.2m between the deceased and a personal acquaintance, recovering most of the debt by settlement.
  • Successfully obtaining summary judgment in respect of a £175k debt on behalf of a recruitment company to include Part 36 consequences costs and interest
  • Recovery of a suite of damages in relation to a claim for breach of contract and breach of the Sale of Goods and Services Act 1979 claim in relation to a contract for the restoration of a classic car.
