Warners corporate team acted for the shareholders in PPS Group Limited in the disposal of their shares to Porta Communications Plc, the AIM listed international marketing group for approximately £6Million.
The transaction involved the negotiation of a full suite of sale documentation together with contractual documentation relating to the continued engagement by Porta of the selling shareholders and the documents dealing with the issue to the sellers of new shares in Porta.
The team worked together with the other professional advisors of the shareholders to achieve the tight timescales required by the buyer.
