Elderly and Vulnerable Group
The Elderly and Vulnerable Group comprises of lawyers who have specialist knowledge in areas of law particularly pertinent to the elderly or vulnerable. We are able to offer legal advice to elderly and vulnerable people and their families.
We are also able to offer existing clients practical assistance and advice outside the legal sphere such as signposting them to other people and services that will be able to help with a specific need.
Private Client solicitor Gail Hall at Warners Solicitors, was interviewed on BBC Radio Kent on Monday 28 November. Gail discussed the government's risky online legal tool for DIY LPAs and the importance of receiving legal expert advice when creating your LPA.
