Profile

Hope is a Solicitor in the Litigation Team, based in the Tonbridge office.

She read Law at Oxford Brookes University and graduated with an Upper Second Class Honours degree. Subsequently, Hope continued her studies at Oxford Brookes University, and obtained a Master of Laws in International Law, Globalisation and Development, graduating with a Distinction.

Hope joined Warners in April 2019 and qualified as a solicitor in 2021.

Hope carries out pro-bono work for the Citizens Advice Bureau on a weekly basis.

Experience

  • Advising the Howard de Walden Estate in connection with their residential portfolio on Landlord and Tenant disputes and debt recovery.
  • Advising employers and employees in employment-related disputes such as unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination and settlement agreements.
  • Advising on residential possession proceedings and representing clients at court hearings.
  • Advising individuals on property litigation matters such as easements, boundary disputes, adverse possession and co-ownership disputes.
  • Advising individuals on probate disputes such as challenging a will and passing over executors.
  • Advising on professional negligence claims.
