John is a Solicitor in the Court of Protection team.
His experience includes a wide range of Court of Protection work, acting on behalf of vulnerable clients who have been judged to lack capacity to manage their property and financial affairs. John assists Martin Terrell with his Deputyships along with managing his own caseload of Court of Protection files.
John is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is working towards full membership.
Before joining Warners in 2021, John qualified in 2017 and worked for firms in Kent and London.
