Jessica Moseley



Jessica’s experience includes a wide range of private client matters including wills, powers of attorney, administration of estates, and Court of Protection work.

Jessica has also undertaken further training to specialise in Charity Law to develop Warners’ Charities and Not for Profit practice and can assist with setting up new charities and provide general and on-going advice and support to the Trustees of established Charities and other Not for Profit organisations.

Jessica also runs Warners’ Age UK pro bono clinic offering free legal advice to Age UK clients and their families.

Having completed a Law degree at the University of Kent, Jessica trained as a solicitor at a firm in Canterbury whilst obtaining her Masters degree in Legal Practice for which she was awarded a distinction. She joined Warners in April 2016.

Jessica enjoys going to see musicals, Crossfit and knitting!
