Alice has been at Warners for over 10 years and with the family law team for nine. Alice has a wealth of experience in assisting local people with the challenges they face when a relationship breaks down. Alice builds strong supportive relationships with her clients, thinking creatively to find settlements amicably wherever possible.
When court proceedings are necessary she will take a robust and pragmatic approach, working closely with other experts and barristers to achieve the best possible outcome without losing focus on the main objective of meeting her client’s individual circumstances and needs.

- Alice acts for a broad range of clients in dividing their assets on relationship breakdown from the challenge of stretching limited funds to pay for two households to advising on complex issues such as company shares, trusts and different types of pension funds.
- In her children work Alice regularly assists families in putting into place workable arrangements for how children will spend their time, usually by agreement. When this is not possible Alice has an excellent track record of obtaining favourable orders at Court. She recently secured permission for a young mother to return to her native France with her baby and in a separate case obtained a shared care arrangement for a father at final hearing allowing him to have his children for 50% of the time when the mother was only offering alternate weekends.
