  • Abigail has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of family law and has experience in advising a wide spectrum of clients. On marital breakdown, she is used to balancing the needs of the parties and sharing limited funds in order to create two homes. She also has experience in advising on more complex cases involving pensions, complex trusts arrangements and company structures and where necessary will bring in third party experts to assist.
  • Abigail is also experienced in relation to the preservation of assets both prior and during marriage, which is a growth area. She is able to work closely with other professionals to agree and prepare pre and post nuptial agreements. Abigail works in a non-confrontational and conciliatory way, while ensuring she protects the needs of her clients.
  • As a mother of three small children, Abigail understands the need to devise workable arrangements for how children will spend their time following family breakdown. She is an advocate of mediation and family therapy. However, when this is not possible she is able to give advice in relation to obtaining favourable orders through the Court.
