The team handles probate and estate administration, as well as the establishment and management of trusts. The lawyers also handle elderly and vulnerable client matters, including powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.

- Richard Theobald assists clients with will, probate and estate matters as well as powers of attorney and the establishment and management of trusts. He deals with the administration of complex estates and offers tax planning advice in relation to Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax. “He’s absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and very helpful,” enthuses a client. “We have had total confidence in his handling of the whole process. In terms of his business knowledge, affability and responsiveness to any questions raised he is excellent,” adds another source. “We have often been impressed with his detailed emails and his willingness to communicate readily when needs arise.”
