Kevin acted for 21st Century Technology Solutions Limited, owned by 21st Century Technology Plc which is listed on the AIM Market and is a provider of mobile technology solutions, particularly CCTV, in an exclusive agreement with Icomera AB, a Swedish company which describes itself as the world’s leading provider of cellular broadband gateways. The arrangement granted 21st Century certain exclusive distribution rights to a range of products for passenger transport applications.
Kevin commented: “I prepared a channel partner agreement which gave 21st Century certain exclusive distribution rights for Icomera’s Moovbox products, based on standard reseller terms.
It was an important agreement for the parties as it formed the basis of a major trial of live CCTV communications on London buses to improve public safety.”
