Well done to Michael McNally and Callum Main who took part in the 8th Tonbridge Half Marathon on Sunday 7 October.
Michael was a fraction over 2 hours and Callum came in at 2hrs 16 minutes. These times are very impressive as this undulating course is one of the toughest half marathons in the country.
So far they have raised over £220 for West Kent Mind.
Michael said “we are using this challenge to raise money and awareness for West Kent Mind. We all firmly believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and with our busy modern lives it can often get ignored or overlooked. WKM provide hugely important support services for adults who have encountered mental health issues and aim to encourage children and young people to nurture their own mental well-being by educating them on how to recognise and deal with their emotions.”
