We are delighted to announce that Russell Brinkhurst has returned to Warners as an Associate solicitor. Russell started his career at Warners in 2005 and has decided to re-join after a short spell working for a firm in Sussex.
Russell has eight years’ experience as a solicitor and specialises in corporate and commercial work. During his career he has advised on a number of complex transactions including: advising the majority shareholders of a niche software development business in connection with a buy out of investor shareholders; acting for a retailer on the sale of one of its stores for £3 million; and was instructed by administrators to act on their behalf in connection with the administration sale of a specialist vehicle manufacturing business based in the North East of England.
