We are delighted to announce that Russell Brinkhurst has returned to Warners as an Associate solicitor. Russell started his career at Warners in 2005 and has decided to re-join after a short spell working for a firm in Sussex.

Russell has eight years’ experience as a solicitor and specialises in corporate and commercial work. During his career he has advised on a number of complex transactions including: advising the majority shareholders of a niche software development business in connection with a buy out of investor shareholders; acting for a retailer on the sale of one of its stores for £3 million; and was instructed by administrators to act on their behalf in connection with the administration sale of a specialist vehicle manufacturing business based in the North East of England.

Jonathan Roberts, head of the corporate team at Warners, said: “We are delighted to welcome Russell back to the firm. Russell’s extensive experience, combined with his legal skills and pragmatic approach, further strengthens and compliments the team at Warners. Russell is already re-connecting and re-establishing many of the client and professional relationships that he enjoyed when he was previously at the firm.”
