Partner - Team Leader
I have worked as a specialist family lawyer for over 12 years and despite the stresses and strains that go hand in hand with a career in family law, I love the fact that no two days are ever the same.
My clients vary considerably, ranging from housewives, Company Directors & CEO’s to medical professionals such as anaesthetists, clinical consultants and Surgeons. I have represented key workers such as Police Officers, fire officers and ambulance technicians. I have acted for other Solicitors and also for those in the arts such as orchestral members and dancers.
Being positioned in Sevenoaks, many clients relish the fact that they have easy access to our discrete offices and have applauded the fact that they receive London quality advice without London charges!
Personally, I pride myself in recognising very early on what needs a specific client has. If required, I will quickly gather together a team of both in house lawyers and external specialists to ensure all such needs are met. Being a member of a multi-disciplinary firm means I do not have to wait for such help, it is immediately on hand from Warners other specialist lawyers.
Why do I work in family law - because I am passionate about helping families during what can be an immensely difficult period in their lives. I will always do what I can to help a couple separate with dignity and, to ensure for the sake of any children involved, that relations remain as amicable as possible.
Divorce can be devastating for the entire family if it is conducted badly, but not all divorces have to be bad. Getting the right legal advice as early as possible from someone who will quickly understand your needs is the key. That is where I believe my team and I can help you.
Mrs H, 2016
I needed a very good solicitor to deal with a very nasty divorce. Rayma was very professional, but had a very caring compassionate way about her. She treated me as if I was her only client, giving complete attention to every detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to the brilliant service Rayma provided I had an outstanding result in court!
Mrs L (2015)
I was divorcing and got recommended by a friend to use Rayma. She was fantastic and very cool headed in a very difficult time for me. She was honest and very easy to deal with. I am now divorced and I am happy with the outcome.
Mr H, Sevenoaks (2015)
Rayma was very understanding, listened intently, offered quality advice and was very positive in the best way to move forward. I would genuinely struggle to offer any suggestions of improving Rayma's services.
Mr M (2015)
Rayma was able to advise not only on obvious solutions but solutions from alternative areas. The situation is ongoing, but thanks to Rayma’s advice, it is much more controlled.
Mr K (2015)
Rayma was extremely caring and sensitive. She lead the way through a very challenging divorce. I was guided by her invaluable knowledge and experience and she made a very difficult situation bearable. I am now divorced and extremely happy. There is nothing that Rayma could have done better!
