Warners advises AIM company on an exclusive arrangement with a view to improving public safety on buses
An exclusive channel partner agreement was handled by Kevin Sullivan
Kevin acted for 21st Century Technology Solutions Limited, owned by 21st Century Technology Plc which is listed on the AIM Market and is a provider of mobile technology solutions, particularly CCTV, in an exclusive agreement with Icomera AB, a Swedish company which describes itself as the world's leading provider of cellular broadband gateways. The arrangement granted 21st Century certain exclusive distribution rights to a range of products for passenger transport applications.
Kevin commented “I prepared a channel partner agreement which gave 21st Century certain exclusive distribution rights for Icomera’s Moovbox products, based on standard reseller terms. It was an important agreement for the parties as it formed the basis of a major trial of live CCTV communications on London buses to improve public safety.”
Paul Rogers, director of sales for 21st Century commented: "I am delighted that we have been able to secure this agreement with Icomera which, against a background of heightened security on public transport, cements our position at the cutting edge of live CCTV. In the run up to the London Olympics, the agreement will also allow us to exploit the exciting opportunities for real time information feeds to public transport vehicles that internet connectivity will bring."
