In addition to the firm recently being featured  in a number of publications in the South East and UK including South  East Business, Kent Director, Mergers & Acquisitions, Kent Life and the Wealden Times, John McAuliffe from Warners Residential Property team was contacted by the BBC to comment on  (amongst other things) Home Information Packs (HIPs) and the delays a number of people are experiencing since they were introduced.

The residential team at Warners identified the issues that were affecting the development of Home Information Packs and have become one of a small number of firms in the UK that will produce these packs in-house to ensure accuracy and quality whilst reducing the cost involved to you - the home seller.
