The sale of the tyre fitting business known as RSR Tyres and Wheels to Stapleton’s Tyre Services was managed by the corporate team.
The transaction involved the sale of six branches of RSR Tyres and Wheels operating across the South East. Warners advised on the corporate, employment law and commercial property aspects of the sale which called upon the expertise of Warners commercial teams across the firm.
