New Managing Director appointed at Warners

Warners solicitors are delighted to announce the appointment of Ian Hopkins as Managing Director of the firm, taking over from Richard Ireland who leaves Warners after four years to enjoy retirement.

Ian joins from the Welsh law firm Leo Abse & Cohen where he was managing partner for ten years.  A qualified solicitor with twenty years’ experience, Ian has specialised in law firm management gaining a Masters Degree in Business Administration and as a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

Ian, a married father of two said “I am very much looking forward to working with the ambitious team at Warners in driving forward the development of the firm, and in particular the rapidly growing commercial practice which is becoming a major player in the market place.”
