Following the successful conversion to a LLP in 2006 and the re-brand of the firm at the same time Warners Solicitors have gone from strength to strength and this month took occupation of new premises in Tonbridge to allow for the continued expansion of the firm.
For over 200 years Warners have had a main office on Tonbridge High Street and in recent years have spread into further offices at various locations in Tonbridge. The move to the new premises, just off the High Street, has allowed the firm to consolidate all the offices and also the Paddock Wood branch into one building allowing a greater spread of knowledge and information under one roof in addition to enhancing team spirit.
The new premises at Bank Street have undergone a major refurbishment in preparation for Warners’ arrival, featuring state of the art meeting rooms and facilities at the new location offering clients greater accessibility and comfort. To achieve the desired result a dedicated team from Warners have been working alongside Maris Interiors LLP to balance tradition with a contemporary and modern approach.
The staff areas are optimised to the most effective and pleasant working environment. It was decided that Warners would move away from the traditional cellular office structure to one based upon open lines to encourage the free flow of communication and exchange of ideas.
Bill Wass, Chairman at Warners commented:
“Although it is sad to move away from the premises which have been our home for many years, the premises unfortunately were too small to cope with the needs of the growing practice. The move to Bank House is an exciting time and marks a new era in the firm’s future about which we are all very excited.”
The new premises also highlight the growing corporate side to the firm, representing clients ranging from substantial London based companies to very well known local and regional businesses. Warners is becoming a popular choice for many companies looking for legal services within the South East.
