Warners Company Commercial team has assisted Abacus Lawrence Group Limited in the purchase of the entire share capital of Playtop Limited for an undisclosed sum.
The Playtop product is a market leading playground safety surface and is an internationally recognised brand. The acquisition consolidates the group’s existing strength in the safety surface installation market.
