Deal Update: TG21

Warners Company Commercial Team in Sevenoaks have assisted AIM listed clients TG21 Plc in connection with their disposal of one of their non-core businesses to Scorpion Electro Systems Limited based in Bolton, Lancashire. The business that has been sold distributes car alarms and immobilisers and the buyers are involved in the manufacture and distribution of vehicle security products.

The Warners team was lead by Mark Rosser who was assisted on Employment matters by Angie Crush.

Mark commented ‘we have dealt with a number of disposals recently for TG21 – this was a somewhat complicated transaction as it involved extracting the relevant businesses from a number of subsidiaries of the client and had to be completed on a very tight time scale’.
