You can use our online service to complete all the forms you will need to file for divorce or dissolve your civil partnership. All the documents that you complete and submit will be checked and signed off by a fully qualified solicitor.

Before you begin, you need to be aware that you can only start a petition for divorce if you have been married for more than one year.

• Application for Decree Nisi to be made Absolute

Divorce for civil partners (pack) - £325

The pack includes the following documents

• Dissolution petition
• Statement of arrangements for children (if applicable)
• Application for directions for trial (Form D84)
• Affidavit in support of your dissolution petition
• Application for your Decree Nisi to Absolute
