Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter is Warners Law LLP, Bank House, Bank Street, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1BL.
2. No purchase necessary. Please email your entry to marketing@warners-solicitors.co.uk or post your entry to ‘The Marketing Team’ to the address above.
3. To be eligible all entries must include name, address, phone number and email address (if available) and must be received no later than 12pm, 31st May 2011.
   
4. Proof of posting or emailing is not proof of delivery. Damaged, incomplete or illegible entries may be treated as invalid.
   
5. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random within 7 days after the closing date.
   
6. The winner will be notified in writing by 30th June 2011. For the name and county of the winner send an SAE to The Marketing Team’ to the address above.
   
7. The prize is one pair of adult classic film club cinema tickets at The Stag Cinema in Sevenoaks per month on the published dates (either the 2.30pm or 7.45pm screening subject to availability) for the remainder of 2011. No cash alternative, tickets are not transferable and cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer. Classic films may not be suitable for children. 
8. Classic Film Club dates are published in the What's On Guide available from The Stag Community Arts Centre and on its website www.stagsevenoaks.co.uk.
   
9. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
   
10. We reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
    
11. In the event that we are unable to contact the winner within 1 month of the draw then we reserve the right to draw another winner.
    
12. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
    
13. The winner may be required and by entering the competition consents to their participation in publicity.
