Our History

We have been trading 225 years to date, if we could only see the changes Warners has survived and prospered through! Thankfully due to the nature of the business a wealth of history is contained in our vaults.

We are one of the oldest firms of solicitors in Kent, tracing our origins back to 1785. For five generations there has been a Warner within the firm, and this still remains the case with Charles Warner who became a partner in 1978.

In October 2006 the firm changed from a Partnership to an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership). We have seventeen Partners with specialists in each office for your specific needs. We are a full service legal firm, providing an extensive range of personal and business legal services.
