Quality standards

The firm is committed to the concept that all aspects of its operations should be of the highest possible quality. As part of this commitment, the firm has Lexcel accreditation - the Law Society’s Practice Management Quality Mark. The Lexcel Quality Mark was awarded in 2003 and we undergo an annual inspection in order to retain it with a full inspection every 3 years. Warners’ procedures and standards are designed to be in line with or exceed these standards.

This external accreditation is, however, only a part of our quality programme. We are committed to providing every client with excellent service at a reasonable cost. All our staff contribute to a constant process of improvement for all our clients.
