Office Junior/Trainee Legal Secretary
We are looking to recruit an office junior/trainee legal secretary for our busy Litigation Department based in our Tonbridge office.
The role involves providing administrative support to lawyers and secretaries within the team, including typing, digital dictation, opening and closing files, providing secretarial cover when required and general office administration duties.
The successful candidate will have the ability to type and be computer literate. Some previous secretarial or office administration experience or training would be an advantage. This role would suit a college leaver/2nd jobber.
