This is an award in respect of the personal injury itself. The award aims to compensate for the pain and suffering experienced by you as well as for any longer term issues. We would obtain a medical report to support such a personal injury claim.Special Damages
This is a claim made in respect of your financial losses suffered as a result of the accident; such as loss of earnings, travel expenses and cost of medication etc. You should keep a note of your expenses and, where possible, retain receipts.You and Your Family
